Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage various aspects of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly reports on account status and inventory management, ensuring accurate data for informed decision-making.
  • Create detailed reports justifying expenditures, providing transparency and accountability in financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with different departments for coordination and maintenance of accounts, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
  • Engage in recovery efforts, working closely with clients to resolve outstanding issues and maintain positive relationships.
  • Forecast upcoming costs and expenditures, including employee costs and budgeting, to ensure proactive financial planning.
  • Manage bank-related issues, tax regulations, and salary structures, maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients regarding invoice recovery and currency exchange, facilitating efficient communication and resolution.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
