Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted outbound efforts, including cold calling and emailing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies and improve performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B) with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on self-motivation and time management.
