Business Growth Specialist

As a seasoned sales and business development professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets for the North American region.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of prospects at individual contributor and executive levels.
  • Work cooperatively with local partners to leverage their account presence and relationships.

This role requires deep knowledge of network infrastructure and the ability to sell complex solutions. Your experience includes pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and opportunity management.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful solution sales experience with at least 2+ years experience selling network test, security, and visibility products and/or application and network performance solutions.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding and ability to counter competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or challenger sales techniques.
