Job Overview

This role involves working towards betterment, profitability and prosperity by adhering to principles and procedures. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with external partners and other areas to provide better services to customers.

You will support the delivery of commercial targets through effective warehouse distribution processes. You will be responsible for operating an efficient competitive supply chain distribution setup for the distribution of prescription medications.

Key responsibilities include close coordination with external partners in warehousing, logistics and physical dispatch of stocks against released orders as per daily schedule with timely availability of products and cost effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for managing stock transfers, arranging direct supplies and maintaining records of all dispatches to customers.

You will address audit requirements, develop and lead station staff, conduct monthly check-ins and meetings, training, motivation and guidance for continuous improvement and growth.
