Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in expanding Canadian financial professionals' client base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Cultivate Potential Leads: Utilize Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies to generate leads for various financial services, including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services.
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Brand Management: Assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence through strategic digital marketing efforts.
  4. Client Communication: Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of our clients.
  5. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Follow-up Strategies: Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Performance Reporting: Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: In lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Digital Marketing Tools: Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
