Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of e-commerce, customer service, or sales support experience, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or CRM platforms, allowing you to streamline processes and increase productivity.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
