Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to join our team and help us automate, streamline, and optimize business processes using Zoho Suite tools.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly analytical, enjoys solving business challenges with technology, and has hands-on experience developing and customizing Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customization & Development
  • Customize modules, workflows, layouts, fields, and blueprints in Zoho CRM
  • Implement automation through custom functions, workflow rules, and assignment rules
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party platforms via REST APIs and webhooks
App Development & Integration
  • Design and develop custom apps using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting
  • Customize and manage Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Analytics
  • Configure Zoho Flow and Zoho One integrations for business automation
API Management & Scripting
  • Build and manage API-based integrations between Zoho and external platforms
  • Write Deluge scripts to automate repetitive tasks and business processes
  • Create custom reports and dashboards for data analysis and performance tracking
Collaboration & Support
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Zoho implementations
  • Train users and develop documentation for system use
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development (CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, etc.)
  • Proficient in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator app development
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
