Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our inspection services, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. You will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery and collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide expert solutions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion
Requirements:
  1. Strong Sales and Marketing abilities
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  3. Customer relationship management skills
  4. Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  5. Knowledge of property inspections or construction industry is beneficial
  6. B2B sales experience is a plus
  7. Professional training or certification in Sales and Marketing is an asset
