  • Developing coaching skills to achieve continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile delivery, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized certifications.
