Job Description

The role of Head of IT Operations is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. This includes strategic oversight of networks, systems, SAP landscapes, datacenters, disaster recovery services, and IT operations to ensure seamless connectivity between head office, plants, and remote sites.

This position plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise-level IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure solutions including network systems, SAP landscapes, virtualization, storage, data centers, and disaster recovery services.
  • Oversee IT service management processes, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient service delivery in line with ITIL standards.
  • Ensure seamless and secure connectivity across head office, manufacturing plants, and remote sites.

This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing IT operations and infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • ITIL Master Certification.
