
Administrative Support Specialist

The role of a Personal Assistant to the CEO/Director is a dynamic and challenging position that requires exceptional organizational, management, and communication skills.
Scheduling appointments and meetings with senior management is a critical aspect of this job, as it involves coordinating with multiple parties and ensuring seamless execution.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date office filing systems is also a key responsibility, as it enables efficient retrieval of information and supports informed decision-making.
In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO/Director, including correspondence, communication, and coordination of official events and arrangements.
Responsibilities also include taking minutes during meetings, reviewing, organizing, and responding to emails in a timely manner, and ensuring guests are accommodated and meet with the CEO/Director as required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English, and exceptional organizational and management skills with the ability to multitask and lead others.
They will be able to navigate internal departments and external organizations with ease, providing a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
