Job Opportunity

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Compliance Associate. This entry-level position will provide hands-on experience with compliance processes, quality assurance practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Product, Engineering, QA, Legal, and Design teams to ensure our platform meets internal standards, user expectations, and basic regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining platform compliance documentation and records for internal and external audits.
  • Support monitoring activities for data protection, accessibility, and security compliance.
  • Help track compliance tasks and follow up with cross-functional teams.
  • Quality Assurance Assistance: Work with QA teams to validate functionality, performance, and compliance through manual checks.
  • Document issues, test cases, and compliance checkpoints in product workflows.
  • Assist in release readiness reviews to ensure basic compliance requirements are met.
  • User Experience & Accessibility Support: Collaborate with Product and Design teams to integrate compliance checks into user flows.
  • Support usability testing activities with a focus on accessibility and regulatory adherence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to close compliance gaps.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and summaries for leadership updates.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and up to 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Product roles.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and willingness to learn are essential. Basic familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
