Customer Sales Representatives

Job Scope:

The ideal candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. They will develop strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to make informed decisions and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
