Lead AI Innovation

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive the development of predictive models and statistical analyses for business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine key business problems as machine learning tasks.
  • Clean, engineer, and manage large-scale datasets using SQL and Spark.
  • Develop and deploy predictive models using Python/R, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and PyTorch.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of model deployment: experiment tracking, CI/CD, model monitoring, and A/B testing.
Economic Forecasting and Modeling:
  • Develop macro- and micro-economic forecasting models using ARIMA, VAR, GARCH, and DSGE.
  • Analyze policy impacts and scenarios for new markets and products.
  • Publish concise data insights for leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Create three-statement models, valuation dashboards, and stress-testing engines.
  • Analyze sensitivity and Monte-Carlo simulations on pricing, credit, market, and liquidity risk.
  • Collaborate with Finance to refine budgets, KPIs, and capital-allocation decisions.
Stakeholder Enablement:
  • Design self-service BI dashboards and statistical reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Raise data literacy in product managers, engineers, and analysts through workshops.
  • Present results to C-suite and external partners in clear language.

Qualifications:

  • PhD/MSc in Applied Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in probability, linear algebra, optimization, and micro/macroeconomics.
  • 5+ years of professional experience building predictive models and statistical analyses.
  • Fluency in Python and R.
  • Expert user of SQL and at least one cloud data stack.
  • Ability to create full-stack financial models.
