The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Offering expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Developing long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing property listings for sale and rent, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
  • Leading property viewings and highlighting key features to potential clients.

Research & Analysis:

  • Staying informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Providing well-informed recommendations based on the latest market data and real estate conditions.
  • Serving as a mediator between buyers and sellers to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Facilitating smooth transactions by handling paperwork, legal procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

TARGETS & REPORTING:

  • Striving to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitoring sales progress and providing regular reports to the management team.

MARKETING STRATEGIES:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties via both digital and traditional channels.
  • Utilizing social media, advertising platforms, and CRM tools to generate leads and boost sales.

SUPPORT & SERVICE:

  • Providing exceptional support to clients throughout the property transaction process.
  • Responding quickly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
