PR Manager

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced PR Manager to lead our public relations efforts. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies that align with our marketing goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing PR Strategies: Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations plan that aligns with our marketing strategy.
  • Influencer and Ambassador Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers to drive brand visibility.
  • Media Outreach: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key influencers to secure coverage in relevant publications.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of PR content, including press releases, media kits, newsletters, and social media updates related to PR campaigns.
  • Product Placement: Identify and secure product placement opportunities in movies, TV shows, and digital media platforms to expand brand reach.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor brand sentiment and manage the brand's reputation in the public sphere, addressing any negative coverage or issues proactively.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the performance of PR campaigns, ambassador/influencer partnerships, and media coverage.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a public relations or communications role, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industries.
Essential Skills
  • Strong media and influencer network with an ability to manage high-profile partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in crisis management and brand reputation strategy.
  • Proficiency in PR analytics and familiarity with tools for tracking PR effectiveness.
