As Nayi Raah Associate in the Content and PR domain, you will have the flexibility to manage your work responsibilities within the agreed timings and for the duration of your contract. This role involves digital platform engagement, organic and branded content.
Your Impactful Goals will include:- Contribute to achieving key brand objectives, including business goals, marketing/advertising objectives, communication goals, and media outreach targets.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold brand consistency across all communication channels, ensuring adherence to the brand's tone of voice, persona, and USP.
- Brand Custodianship: Act as the primary guardian of the Telenor brand, ensuring messaging consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Innovative Idea Development: Generate creative concepts that align brand goals with consumer needs, incorporating the latest in generative AI technologies to enhance content, campaigns, and engagement.
- Increase social media engagement.
- Grow the youth segment.
- Improve social sentiment.
- Assist in formulating a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Support the creation of an annual communication and engagement plan.
- Collaborate with creative agencies on integrated influencer and PR campaigns.
- Monitor brand health indicators to identify insights and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign execution.
- Serve as the main contact for internal departments for marketing collateral support.
- Liaise with media, content, and communication teams to reflect brand vision.
- Oversee relationships with PR, creative, and media agencies.
- Work with internal departments to meet product and campaign objectives.
- Support campaign execution and monitor competitive activities.

What we're looking for:Education: Minimum bachelor's degree, MBA preferred (preferably in Marketing)
