Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly applications that meet the needs of our users.

Your primary focus will be on designing visually appealing and well-structured interfaces that balance usability and consistency. You will work closely with developers and product stakeholders to bring your designs to life.

  • Create low-fidelity wireframes for rapid discovery and iteration
  • Design high-fi production-ready designs in Figma
  • Build and maintain a Figma component library / design system aligned with React best practices
  • Prioritize micro-interactions, spacing, typography, and accessibility
Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative UI/UX solutions that drive business growth
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development
  3. Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and usability
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (SaaS, dashboards, or complex apps preferred)
  • Expert in Figma: components, auto-layout, variants, design tokens, prototyping
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI/UX for data-heavy applications
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, and accessibility best practices
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
