At Vantage Soft Technologies, we are dedicated to building innovative and user-focused digital products. We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences that align with our business goals and delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-friendly and aesthetically engaging websites and web applications from the ground up using Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and marketers) to translate project requirements into seamless user interfaces.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications to clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs and improve user journeys.
  • Ensure designs align with user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Stay informed on UI/UX best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies, ensuring that our digital solutions remain modern and competitive.
  • Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design (agency or product-based experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma with the ability to design and iterate efficiently.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, highlighting expertise in creating intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.
  • Experience in developing interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
  • Knowledge of responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design tools, trends, and technologies.
