Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

As a customer sales representative, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.

Data entry is another key responsibility, which involves inputting information into various platforms.

You will also follow established communication scripts when handling different topics.

Your goal will be to identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Upselling products will be an opportunity for you to seize when it arises.

You must build sustainable relationships with customers by taking the extra mile and engage them through regular interactions.

All conversations will be recorded in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

You are expected to meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
