We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Project Coordinator to support our project management team in the signage and fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will assist with project documentation, scheduling, and coordination between internal teams, clients, and vendors. This role requires strong organisational skills, familiarity with design drawings, and the ability to efficiently manage submittal logs and project schedules.

Must Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field (signage/fabrication industry experience is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with design drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation is essential.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills are necessary for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Procore) is required.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary for coordinating with teams and clients.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills is crucial.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment is also important.
