Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our company's digital marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and generate qualified B2B leads in the US market.

This role involves developing and executing integrated campaigns across paid ads, SEO, content, and outreach. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of generating MQLs and SQLs through digital campaigns and content marketing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring junior marketers, freelancers, and agency partners, as well as tracking and analyzing campaign performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, and LinkedIn Analytics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital marketing strategies for US-based B2B clients
  • Conduct competitive research and define customer personas and target segments
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns including paid ads, SEO, content, and outreach
  • Manage and mentor junior marketers, freelancers, and agency partners
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using various tools
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B, US/Europe market)
  • Experience in BPO/Outsourcing, SaaS, or IT services
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing
  • Strong understanding of Google, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM & Analytics
  • Campaign Management, Content Strategy, and Data-driven Decision Making skills
