Global fashion experts are sought after to lead the design of leather outerwear and winterwear collections that meet international quality standards. This role demands someone who understands global torso styling, fit expectations, and can proactively solve design and construction issues.

  • Design and develop seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with global fashion trends and international fit standards.
    • Analyze market research to stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and consumer behaviors.
      • Manage the entire design process, from concept to final product, to ensure products meet both creative vision and international fit standards.
        • Collaborate with pattern masters to refine fit, conducting multiple iterations if needed to achieve perfection in silhouette and comfort.
          • Identify and resolve recurring fit issues through customer feedback analysis and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the sampling and technical teams.
            • Update technical documentation, including size charts, grading tables, and fitting records tailored to international standards.
              • Supervise the pattern development team, assigning tasks and reviewing outputs to ensure adherence to brand specifications.
                • Ensure precise sample execution and timely delivery through coordination with the sampling unit.
                  • Document feedback from wear testing with diverse international body types to further refine fits.
                    • Liaise with the marketing team to deliver technical data for product launches and assist in positioning the brand in global markets.

              • Fashion Design or related field degree (desired).
              • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
              • Expertise in fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
              • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and design software.
