Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of quality management principles across the site. This role serves as the guardian of product safety and compliance, driving continuous excellence in pursuit of zero defects and waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and Maintain Quality Management System: Develop and implement a quality management system that meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct Regular Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality management system procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on quality management system procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and Analyze Data: Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Programs: Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to drive excellence and reduce waste.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and provide guidance and support to employees on regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Quality Metrics: Manage quality metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
