**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to lead our operations in finance. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on operational matters.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in finance software, and a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

  • Provide strategic leadership for operational matters across the organization.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly standalone financial statements for statutory purposes.
  • Work with the financial reporting team to prepare site-wise profit and loss accounts and management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze forecasting data to improve business decisions.
  2. Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
  3. Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, or investment activities and make changes as needed.
  4. Prepare qualitative and quantitative data analysis for revenue assurance.
  5. Analyze and examine risks to minimize losses or damages.
  6. Ensure all invoices have been raised and recoveries have been posted.
  7. Review salary/business income contracts ensuring they are updated regularly.
  8. Prepare reconciliation of daily revenues with cash collected and deposited in the bank.
