Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Partner

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner role is a key position that bridges business objectives with employee needs. This strategic role involves formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure success and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
  • Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Experience with HR software and tools.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
