Job Description

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and increased opportunities within existing clients.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the team, supporting business development activities, researching and following up on leads, developing relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and managing client relationships throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to support business development activities.
  • Research and follow up on leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to increase conversion rates.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have prior experience working with freelance platforms.
  • Be knowledgeable about services offered.
  • Understand how to calculate business statistics.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and persistence in leveraging client relationships to increase conversion rates.
  • Be able to drive new ideas for company growth and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Follow instructions from the manager and be result-oriented.
