Job Summary:
Sales Growth RepresentativeThis role is a key position for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. The Sales Growth Representative will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, promoting products or services, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer relations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and have proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
The representative will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to meet sales targets and provide solutions that meet customer needs.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on leads is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through effective communication, trust-building, and timely issue resolution.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including conversations, emails, and other forms of communication.
