Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to spearhead our testing strategy for a cutting-edge AI-powered platform.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in test automation, performance testing, and quality assurance to drive the development of high-performance integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing test automation strategies, designing and implementing performance, stress, and load testing, and working closely with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test suites to validate SaaS integrations, API functionality, and AI-driven automation workflows.
  • Performance Testing: Design and implement performance, stress, and load testing for high-throughput, low-latency systems handling millions of transactions per second/minute.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria, review test cases, and mentor junior QA engineers.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high product quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and performance testing.
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Familiarity with security testing practices for APIs and authentication mechanisms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead testing initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
