Job Description:

Technical Expertise

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate Engineers in conducting site surveys, assist in designing solutions, and perform installation and commissioning of different equipment (power).

  • Troubleshoot and repair UPS, Rectifier, AVR, and other related equipment.
  • Lay and test different cables (power, fiber, PCM etc) and perform patching.
Customer Support

The ideal candidate will provide on-site and on-call customer support, resolve customer complaints in coordination with Senior team members, and maintain optimal spare parts inventory.

They will also ensure efficient utilization of available resources, document activities for record and future references, and foster good working relationships with team members and other departments.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have good knowledge of board-level electronics trouble shooting, diagnostics, and soldering capability. Understanding of Power Systems/UPS repair would be an asset.

A strong team player with leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and ability to perform under pressure are essential.
