Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to clients.

Your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.

You will collaborate with customers to strengthen our service competitiveness and communicate back to them in a timely and efficient manner.

To ensure a positive customer experience and achieve high Quality Assurance (QA) scores, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking and resolving customer issues
Requirements
  • A Levels/Intermediate or above qualification
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • An American or neutral accent is preferred
