Our team is seeking a Logistics Expert to join our operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless supply chain management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in developing relationships with suppliers and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and address issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain delivery schedules between Distribution Centers, Suppliers, and Stores.
  • Manage returns of damaged, expired, and non-usable items.
  • Maintain accurate master-data for all SKUs.
  • Follow up on non-delivered items, analyze root causes, and improve fill-rates.
  • Manage promotional stock transfers to ensure high availability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in supply chain or similar role. Experience in tech, logistics, or startups is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with focus on Supply Chain or Operations Management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; mastery of Excel required; SQL skills are a bonus.
  • Grittiness and perseverance in operational tasks.
  • High attention to detail and speed of execution.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Self-starter with ability to investigate and gather data independently.
