Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Manager.

This role involves leading a team of tax professionals in providing high-quality services to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of tax services by our teams in the region, handling service delivery, coordination, issue resolution, and contract management of large-scale projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic leadership and direction to the tax team in delivering tax services to clients.
  • To manage and coordinate the delivery of tax services by our teams in the region.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve quality, manage risk, create efficiency, and drive value.
  • To lead a team of tax professionals in providing high-quality services to clients.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields.
  • MBA, Masters, or other advanced degrees and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent.
  • Over 6 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments, corporate tax, compliance, and financial tax reporting, ideally within a large professional services firm.
  • Strong background in tax accounting (CH2 TARAS work) and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services environment.
  • Proven managerial, organizational, and project management experience.
