Software Developer Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled software developer to join our team. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing and building high-quality software applications that meet the needs of millions of users.

Your primary focus will be on developing responsive, interactive, and scalable user interfaces using modern front-end technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver excellent user experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive, interactive, and scalable user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure technical feasibility and create a smooth user experience.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Integrate APIs and work with backend developers to connect the frontend to dynamic data sources.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS and design frameworks like TailwindCSS, Bootstrap.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
  • Knowledge of front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Gulp).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Nuxt.js.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Strapi).
  • Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
