Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Architect to spearhead the development of our software architecture and applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable systems that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Architecture: Develop and maintain software architecture and applications based on business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve code-level issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for product development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology and product roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Code Review: Participate in code review, refactoring, and improvement processes to ensure high-quality software.
Requirements
  • Enterprise Experience: 1+ years of experience in designing and executing enterprise-class products, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Software Development: 3+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies (.NET, .NET Core), Web technologies (ReactJS, Typescript), Enterprise Applications (Microservices, Containers), Database (SQL Server), and others (Git, Linux).
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Agile Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
