Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and closing sales by showcasing our products in outdoor settings, events, and business-to-business interactions.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in outdoor or field sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will also possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits in person
  • Maintain a strong pipeline—track sales leads, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build and nurture client relationships for repeat business Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to the sales team
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Intermediate (High school diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in outdoor or field sales
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transport (e.g., bike, car)
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in B2B sales or within our industry (e.g., retail, equipment, FMCG)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Microsoft Office
