Job Title: Founding Technical Product Support Specialist

About Us

We automate security compliance for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe.

Our platform integrates with a company's technical stack, automatically extracts relevant data for compliance, and generates a checklist to ensure ongoing compliance.

We're a tight-knit team dedicated to automating security and compliance for modern companies.

Scope of this role:

  • 50% Intercom chat support
  • 40% troubleshooting & QA
  • 10% documentation, process building & automation

As the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, resolve issues efficiently, and document bug reports.

Working closely with Product Engineering, you will escalate and track resolution without direct debugging or code fixes.

You will also perform pre-release quality assurance checks and create help center articles simplifying complex topics for our customers.

Continuously refining support processes will optimize customer experiences and improve efficiency.

You will serve as the technical product expert, training Customer Success Managers on product features and common troubleshooting methods.

The ideal candidate has experience in technical product support within a B2B SaaS environment.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of customer-facing experience in technical support or similar roles in a SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via Intercom chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
  • Document bug reports and other relevant information
  • Work closely with Product Engineering to escalate and track resolution
  • Perform pre-release quality assurance checks
  • Create help center articles to simplify complex topics
  • Refine support processes to optimize customer experiences
  • Train Customer Success Managers on product features and common troubleshooting methods

Required Skills and Qualifications:
