Product Knowledge Expert Role

The Product Knowledge Expert is responsible for delivering in-depth product knowledge to customers. This position entails coordinating, executing, and managing programs designed to foster positive relationships with customers, address their concerns, and educate them on the value of our products throughout the customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through active listening, clear communication, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Educating customers on the benefits and features of our products to promote effective decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and program progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 01 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using technology to manage customer interactions and data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of our products and services.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
