Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our digital products and take a leadership role in shaping their future. In this role, you will lead the design strategy, mentor and manage a team of designers, and work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketing to create intuitive, innovative, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final execution—ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and interaction design, as well as experience working in agile/scrum environments and collaborative workflows.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  3. Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and accessibility.
  4. Solid knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design, and interaction design, design system.
  5. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
  7. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.
  8. Experience in agile/scrum environments and collaborative workflows.
