Database Administrator

We are a leading recruitment agency located in London, seeking a dedicated Database Administrator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and a passion for optimizing recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the ATS database to ensure seamless operation.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the database.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance the ATS functionalities.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of ATS.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in database administration, preferably with ATS.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
