Marketing Operations Assistant Manager

This role is responsible for brand activation planning, execution, and monitoring. You will manage contracts and KPIs with agencies/vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in brand activation planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Manage contracts and KPIs with agencies/vendors.
  • Evaluate, plan, execute, and monitor sponsorships and events.
  • Support segment teams in operational tasks and ensure timely execution.
  • Provide regional support for brand activation, events, and sponsorships.
  • Supervise marketing operations projects, procurement, and payment processes.
  • Organize surveys to collect marketing intelligence on local and global initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of Marketing Communications and Agency Management experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-starter, and self-managed.
  • Excellent follow-up and project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
