Senior Software Development Manager

The role of Senior Software Development Manager involves leading and directing the development of software applications. Key responsibilities include overseeing development activity, ensuring that requirements are properly interpreted, and performing system/database design.

Job Specification
  1. A minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a leadership position.
  2. Possession of good system/database design skills, with the ability to supervise development activity and ensure that requirements are properly interpreted.
  3. Experience in system deployment and resolving post-implementation issues.
  4. Familiarity with various technologies, including RS, FS, Analysis, Application Design/Architect, RDBMS, and Web-Based/Desktop applications.
  5. A working knowledge of Sun Solaris/Unix platforms is an advantage.
