Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Remote Monitoring

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our remote monitoring team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of remote monitoring activities across the franchise network.

  2. Oversee the installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of data acquisition equipment to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

  3. Develop and implement key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.

  4. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

  6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications engineering.

  • Minimum 09 years of post-qualification experience in remote monitoring and data acquisition, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
