Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by leading the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic initiatives that focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes re-engineering processes, innovating customer service models, and optimizing contracts, performance, digital tools, and risk management processes through digitization and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional teams to plan, lead, and implement strategic business improvement processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive in-country process improvement initiatives working with other key stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience of our customers.
  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle experience, including re-engineering processes, innovating customer service models, and driving exceptional customer satisfaction and efficiency of operations.
  • Foster good working relationships, promote cooperation, and commitment within the team and leaders within organizations to achieve goals (and company OKRs) and deliverables.
  • Optimize contracts, performance, digital tools, and risk management processes through digitization and innovation.
