Job Title: Executive Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Executive Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation and Benefits Design: Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards, ensuring they are fair and equitable for all employees.
  • Performance Management Procedures: Implement effective performance review procedures, including quarterly and annual evaluations, to assess employee performance and identify areas for growth and development.
  • HR Policy Development: Create and maintain fair HR policies that promote a positive work environment and ensure employees understand and comply with company expectations.
  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to attract top talent and fill job openings, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies to ensure diversity and inclusion.
  • Learning and Development Programs: Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, improving overall job satisfaction and reducing turnover rates.
  • HR Department Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Grievance Resolution: Manage employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, providing resolution and support as needed to maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Employee Referral Programs: Design and implement referral bonus programs to incentivize employee referrals and improve recruitment efforts, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions to the organization's success.
  • Employee Retention and Turnover Analysis: Measure and analyze employee retention and turnover rates to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, using data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
