As a key professional in our organization, you will be responsible for leading our server operations team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee the development of tools for infrastructure automation, deployment, management, and monitoring. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive IT knowledge and experience working in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Support and Maintenance: Ensure that all hardware and software components of the infrastructure are properly maintained and updated to ensure optimal performance.
  • System Tuning and Enhancements: Continuously monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Automation of Daily Routines: Design and implement automated processes to streamline daily tasks and reduce manual intervention.
  • System Deployment and Configuration: Oversee the deployment and configuration of new systems and applications to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce robust security measures to protect against potential threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Applications Scalability and Redundancy: Design and implement scalable and redundant application architectures to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 7-10 years of Linux experience and 5 years in Private/Public Cloud
  • Enterprise Linux knowledge, including kernel tuning and OS monitoring
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Shell, Python)
  • Experience with orchestration and configuration management tools (Ansible)
  • In-depth knowledge of public cloud services (AWS)
Preferred Skills
  • Containerized environments (Docker, CoreOS)
  • 'Infrastructure as Code' and automation tools (Terraform, Cloudformation)
  • Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, ECS)
  • Networking concepts on Public/Hybrid Clouds (DirectConnect/ExpressRoute/VPC/VNET)
