QAQC Manager: Ensuring Quality Excellence

The salary for this position is not specified, however, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive remuneration package based on their qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- To develop, implement and maintain Quality Systems that align with industry standards and best practices.
- To design and implement plans, procedures and policies that ensure quality assurance in all aspects of the job.
- To oversee and monitor all activities related to Quality assurance, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with established protocols.
- To prepare and implement Quality Inspection plans that meet regulatory requirements.
- To supervise and guide a team of QA/QC professionals in the execution of QC-related activities.
- To interpret codes, standards, procedures and test results to inform decision-making.
- To implement codes, standards and Quality Inspection Plans as per established guidelines.
- To prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) documents that meet regulatory requirements.
- To prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Production Qualification Record (PQR) and Welding Qualification Record (WQR) documents.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in QA/QC discipline in a reputable organization. They should be familiar with quality-related codes and standards.
Qualifications
The incumbent should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BE-BTech).
