Workday Analyst Job Description

Motive empowers the people who manage physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and profitable. This system serves over 100,000 customers across various industries including transportation and logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food and beverage, retail, and the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the Workday HCM platform, assist project management initiatives, optimize the platform, direct continuous improvement of processes, and enhance adoption rates.
  • Meet with internal stakeholders to detail project requirements for reports or enhancements in Workday, document solutions, and receive knowledge transfer from Workday consultants.
  • Engage with the Workday community to stay informed about new technical functionality and provide guidance to key stakeholders on system capability.
  • Develop and deliver Workday reports and training as needed, perform Workday audits to ensure accuracy, and respond to basic questions about Workday processes.
Requirements:
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while providing great customer service, take initiative, and identify process improvements.
  • Possess exceptional commitment to confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information, 2+ years experience in People Operations, HRIS, or similar roles.
  • Have superior written, verbal communication, and high attention to detail, enjoy working in a team, partnering with the rest of the People team and stakeholders.
  • Possess 2+ years of Workday experience and a Bachelor's degree or relevant HR Ops experience.
