Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Photon Minds as an IT Pre-Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads in the IT sector to generate new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions to clients, aligning the company's offerings with their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings to develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and provide pre-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses, cost estimations, and project timelines.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT solutions and technologies.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT pre-sales, with a proven track record of success in selling IT solutions and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in the technology sector, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and sales management.
