ERP Sales Manager Position

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? Do you have a proven track record of successfully selling ERP solutions to mid-sized and enterprise-level clients?

We are seeking an experienced ERP Sales Manager to lead our ERP business development efforts across Pakistan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing ERP sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development by identifying and qualifying ERP sales opportunities.
  • Present and pitch Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for demo sessions, RFP responses, and solution design.
  • Understand client pain points and develop tailored ERP solutions that demonstrate ROI.
  • Maintain records and generate regular sales reports.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5-8 years of proven ERP sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of ERP products like Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
